High-quality couch. We custom ordered this couch from Leathers in Issaquah for $2200 and it’s barely been used in the 3 years we’ve owned it. It’s in perfect condition and extremely sturdy, made in the same factory as Restoration Hardware pieces. The sales person had my kids jump on it in the store to demonstrate durability for family life. It was purchased for a different house and we looking to replace it with something that matches our current home. It has a neutral style and color with performance grayish tan fabric and walnut brown legs. It has down-filled cushions and backrests that have fully removable and washable covers. We have a dog in our home but it’s never been used or sat on by a pet. We can help you load it. 88inches wide 31 inches deep
