we went to buy a car we had seen online, told them we were driving from virginia beach, they said they'd fix it and we could come back tomorrow, so we did.... car was not ready and when we called to ask joseph, was not very pleasant on the phone. he told us he would give us a call back after he heard from the mechanic ( never called back ) so we called again? we just spent a good amount of money, id like to know how things are going with it? nothing, we called yesterday talked to joseph, then a lady who was much nicer, she was more upfront and told us again to come the next day. when we called this morning we were met by an angry owner who told us that the deal was off because we were too pushy? im just very confused why/how one is being pushy when you are the one that lacks communication skills. do better.
