Includes: full size bed frame (headboard, footboard with storage drawers, posts and rails, bunkie board) mattress Large storage drawer that slides under bed On of the bed rails was reinforced when the staples started to loosen. The last pictures shows the screws used. There are a total of 5 screws. We ended up putting this rail against a wall. Overall in good shape. Mattress is stain free, always had a mattress cover in it.
