Had an easy and no-stress experience with Cesar.  I was in a tight spot after my car was totaled and needed a reliable replacement for a very low budget. They had a 2006 Corolla with high mileage but in excellent condition for a great price. Love that Carfax reports were provided for each vehicle and I was able to take it on my own for a test drive.

Cesar was very hands off and no pressure, and even worked with me on the price so I could get out the door. I love my Corolla and I know it will last for years to come. Highly recommend this dealership for a smooth experience!

I bought a golf tdi from the dealership a month or so ago.  As an out of state buyer I relied on the salesman to help describe damage and inspect the car.  That was obviously a bad choice on my part and should have had a 3rd party do that.  The salesman described it as having normal bumps and bruises, but nothing major.  After taking delivery my opinion was not the same.  Again shame on my for relying on them.  There are some deep scratches on the roof.  A couple good dings, and both side view mirrors are broken.  The picture of the one side view is just the reflector bit, but the driver side is broken on the inside and is held on by tape.  All seem a bit more than normal wear.  The real burn was within driving the car 50 miles got a check engine light.  After having the codes read the shop told me the light came on because they were stored codes, just cleared with a scan tool, but not fixed.  All 5 codes are related to emissions issues.  The cost of just the parts is over $2200, and I will have to pay another $1000 in labor.  It took a month to get the parts here, and now it’s in the shop hopefully to be fixed as it should have been previously.  I definitely should have done some things different as a first time out of state buyer, but definitely feeling bamboozeled by the dealership.  Take extra care in purchasing through these guys, don’t trust them for their word, and get a 3rd party inspection of you feel you must buy one of their cars.

I had an exceptional experience at J&R. Arrived knowing what I wanted and was immediately taken care of. Took a test drive with the salesman that went great. Got back to the dealership, sat down and worked out a deal quickly. The owner helped load the car on a trailer and I headed home. Best dealership experience I've ever had.  Couldn't be happier.

No pressure. No hassle. By far our favorite car shopping experience ever! The car we drove there for today was being looked at by another interested buyer who ended up purchasing the car instead of us, but we will be back!  Loved this no pressure experience!

Update: This Dealership is a Complete Trash Bag of a Company

I regret ever stepping foot in this dealership. I was sold a car under the impression it had “no major issues,” but shortly after purchasing it, I was forced to pour $7,000 into repairs due to their shady, half-baked fixes. They slapped together quick, temporary repairs just to get the car off their lot.

When I called the manager (the owner's son) to work something out, he literally laughed in my face and told me that because I left them a 1-star review, they wouldn’t even consider helping me. The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is staggering.

This place is a trash heap—don’t even think about buying a car from them unless you want to throw your money away and be treated like garbage. They’ll sell you a lemon, and when things go wrong, they’ll laugh at you instead of taking responsibility. Stay far away from this dumpster fire of a business.

Initial post: We purchased a 2010 VW Jetta from J&R Motorsports for our daughter 5 weeks ago. It ran for a couple days and then the issues started.

1.Cesar gave us two keys, one that did not work at all (VW let us know that they failed to disclose it has an after-market ignition) and the only key that worked snapped within days. We found it there was an after-market ignition because I had a key made through VW with the vin and it did not work either. Waste of $116. I called the dealership to repeatedly hoping they would make it right. I finally spoke with Antril and he sent me to the locksmith next door to make a copy of the key and get a new fob, which we appreciated.
2. We left with a screw in the tire and noticed it when we got home. Took it to Les Schwab the next day and they told us we needed 4 new tires because there was dry rot and the tires were cracking. $900 later we had new tires.
3. The car started dying on my daughter. It had been less than 2 weeks at this point and they told me their mechanic was on vacation or they would have him look at it. I could not get anyone to call me back. I paid a $600 tow bill last night because my two children were stranded in the middle of the night.
4. Took it to the mechanic this morning (barely making it there) and the car popped two pages of codes. Several crucial sensors are out and then the mechanic noticed that there are THREE very important hoses missing from the car. He said the hoses were clearly removed and not put back.

Bottom line is that I have tried to work with J&R to at least have a working vehicle for my teenage daughter. Antril told me, in other words, that I am a liar. I made several attempts to allow them to make this right but now I will be pursuing other routes.

Don't buy a car from this dealership. Don't let the Carfax reports in the backseat fool you either.
