PDX Motorcars is the Bomb!  They're great!  My wife and I recently purchased a beautiful Porsche Cayenne from them.   With only 33,000 miles on her, basically new and in immaculate condition.  There were 2 issues however.   The car was telling us that she was due for an oil change/service.   Secondly,  there was a small dent on the lift gate at back.   Sam, the owner of the dealership and whom we've come to know and appreciate,  immediately offered to address these concerns,  which he has done.  Did we get the best deal ever?  I don't know.   But we feel like we got a great deal and are extremely happy with the car (a sports car pretending to be an SUV😋) and really enjoyed working with Sam and his crew at PDX MOTORCARS.   A shout out to Freddy,  who was our salesman.   No pressure from the crew.   Hands on attention to customer wants and needs.  Family owned.   I highly recommend. Has pretty amazing cars, not gonna lie. But the owner is definitely not friendly!! Drove about 3 1/2 hours with a mindset of purchasing the vehicle. But after trying to negotiate prices, owner came out way snappy! His tone of voice was not welcoming whatsoever. Rude to be exact. Stepped  outside to speak to my husband and my husband automatically said let’s go!! But shout out to Chad, he was pretty awesome!!

Hands down best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I never felt like we were being pressured or pushed towards making any decisions they just informed and supported the process.

Hugo was who we dealt with and he was especially helpful and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about everything and if we ever have to get another vehicle this is where we would go and Hugo is who we would ask to see.

If you are looking to get a vehicle without all the stress and hassle that is typically associated with the process of buying a vehicle we strongly recommend PDX Motorcars make sure to ask for Hugo.

As far as dealers go, I’d say these folks are definitely above the standard. They’re helpful, almost overly agreeable which put me off a bit at first but it became clear it was genuine. This was my first time buying a car and Adam made it so smooth even with my schedule oddities and Steve did in fact mean it when he said he’d get every problem I found with the car fixed up — changed the oil, filters, bulbs, and even replaced the chipped windshield for me before I bought it. They were also patient with me as I worked through understanding the technical stuff with buying and financing for the first time. All around a pleasant experience, even though I went in skeptical they earned my respect and a good bit of trust.
