Description

Vintage dark-green flat-top steamer/storage trunk with riveted metal-clad construction, reinforced corners, ornate brass-tone hardware, and its removable divided upper tray. The tray retains two charming daisy-print fitted panels, while the lid and lower storage compartment have textured factory lining. Removing the tray provides access to the full lower compartment. An old brass-tone padlock remains attached, but no key is included and the lock has not been tested. Classic footlocker proportions, measuring approximately 29" long × 17" deep × 15" high. Great for decorative storage, rustic or industrial décor, display, photography, theater, or restoration. This is an old, unrestored trunk with scratches, worn and missing paint, oxidation, surface rust, lining wear, and other evidence of age and use.
