Bought my 2025 Kawasaki ninja 650 from JC a little over a month ago and could not be happier!! Went in prepared to pay the high markup and dealer fees and was so happy with the OTD price I didn’t even need to negotiate! (Saved 1500$ from where I expected it to be)
Just came in for my 600 mile maintenance and when I was making my appointment the guy gave me a ballpark estimate of 400-450$ but said he was overestimating which I greatly appreciated. Dropped off my bike today and was quoted 380$ which I signed off on and when I went to pick it up I was pleasantly surprised that my total was only 350$! Bike is running perfectly and everyone I have dealt with has been absolutely fantastic! I’ve also bought gear from them and the staff were friendly, incredibly helpful and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They also gave me great discounts on my gear since I bought my bike from them. Couldn’t be happier with all of my experiences here so far!

I drove an hour and a half on a Sunday to Chatsworth to see a Ducati advertised at $6,499 with “willing to negotiate.” I went there in good faith, with cash in hand and ready to buy.

I spoke with JC, who was polite and professional. Unfortunately, the person in charge didn’t even take the time to come downstairs, meet me, or listen to an offer. I was told flatly that the price was $6,499 plus tax and license, with no discussion—despite the ad clearly stating willing to negotiate.

If a dealership is not open to offers, that’s perfectly fine—but then don’t advertise otherwise. That wording is what motivated me to make a long drive and commit my time.

Transparency matters. Remove “willing to negotiate” from the ad, and expectations are clear for everyone. As it stands, the experience felt misleading and unnecessary.

I was ready to purchase yesterday,  but respect and honesty are part of any good deal.

Guess what? They did not disclose that as soon as 300 miles this bike needs a 3000 service! great thing i didnt buy it.

I purchased a bike from here recently.

The good:

— My transaction went smoothly. No issues, quick processing, took about an hour start to finish.

— This dealership has a decent inventory, including many models that you wouldn’t find at a normal motorcycle dealer. It’s a great place to just look around and see what exists

The bad:

It seems I got lucky on my transaction. Many of the reviews here, especially the very recent ones, talk about some major issues that this place has. It’s hit or miss. You can’t make everyone happy, but when multiple customers are unhappy in a row, you (the dealer) might be doing something wrong.

The ugly:

I was loading my bike as the dealer was approaching closing time. Several employees were moving the side-by-sides and ATVs inside. As they were doing this, they were blatantly ABUSING these vehicles. Starting the engine, immediately redlining it, revving the crap out of the engine. They were doing burnouts on every single vehicle they brought inside, and also slamming the brakes so that the wheels would skid.

As someone who had just finished purchasing a vehicle 20 minutes prior, this was not a good look. Revving an engine before it has warmed up can cause serious damage, which often won’t be noticed until later in the vehicle’s life. Did they do that to the bike I purchased? Who knows.

And obviously burnouts will ruin the tread on the vehicle.

So my warning to anyone purchasing any vehicle here, ESPECIALLY A 4x4: THOROUGHLY check the tires. Look for signs of abuse, doesn’t matter if it’s new or used. If you see questionable tire wear, don’t purchase that vehicle, as the engine has likely suffered some damage as well.

These vehicles can take a certain amount of abuse, but that should be done at the customer’s discretion — not the immature employees who turn the parking lot into a racetrack when it’s closing time.

Fantastic service from the Sales team. Thank you to JC, Cam, and management. Straight forward purchasing for my 2025 ZX4RR, would definitely recommend Wheels in Motion to anyone looking for a new or used ride.

Bought a Yamaha Zuma scooter for my husband. JC was our salesman and he was AWESOME! Walked us through the whole process with ease. The whole experience was great. ALL the employees there are very cool and helpful. We love the scooter and also purchased a helmet and gloves. The motorcycles are gorgeous, great selection and the store/accessories…drool! Highly highly recommend!!
