All buttons and switches are fully functional and there are no missing buttons or switches. The speaker works and is fully functioning. The battery compartment which houses (4) D size batteries is clean and there is no corrosion. When pressing the battery check button (located in bottom lower left corner on the front) the needle moves within the range of 3 to 5 and settles just left of center at around 6. The cassette player was tested and it was not working properly in the play, fast forward or rewind modes. It may quite possibly need a minor adjustment to correct this issue. However, when cassette tape is inserted and any of those modes are selected, there is a muffled sound coming from the speaker. All exterior connections are clean and free from any corrosion. The DC 6V and AC 120V adapters along with the shoulder strap and owner’s manual are not included in the sale. This item was well taken care of and has had only one owner. It is currently being sold as is for either parts or future repair.
