Hello, I’m looking to sell my RV, currently still have some projects in it I’m working on personally to get her all fixed up. Was purchased with previous water damage and has been repaired to stop the damage from continuing. As you can see the warping in the photo’s is from said water damage. With a little love I’m sure it can be fixed up but is out of my expertise. Comes with remolded interior, custom wood kitchen countertop, stone backsplash, new thick laminate flooring, brand new water heater, fully tiled bathroom, stone countertop, Cummins 4000 generator with very low hours. Just under 50,000 miles on the engine, new batteries, 200ft 30 Amp 125 volt outdoor cable, 150-200ft safe drink hose, a portable black tank for draining, a couch, and twin mattress plus so much more. 28 ft bumper to bumper. First come first serve, as each project gets finished the less negotiable the price will be. Current projects: Trim on the flooring. (Will come with supply’s if bought before finished) 5 floor panels in bedroom (Again, have supplies if purchased early) Overhang removed as it is old and damaged One of the brake pads is slow on release (may need a mechanic to fix simple problem)
