Used tutu banner abour 3 ft. Does have a small stain on one end of the ribbon from the velcro i used to hold it up. I take custom orders. You can customize the color of ribbon used, tulle color(s) height and whether you would like it to just be wide enough for the front or the whole high chair tray, color of flowers. Orders vary from $20-$35. The one shown would be starting at $25 for a new one and if you would like to customize, then it would range between 30 to 35 depending on what you are asking for.
