I purchased these ankle/wrist weights a couple years ago and they're still in great condition. Purchase price was $35 at Sports Authority, but I'll resell for $20 or best offer. These weights are adjustable, with sleeves for each of the insertable weights. There are 10 sleeves on each strap, where each weight is 1lb. You can take out all weights but one to start at 1lb and slowly increase up to 10lb. I mostly used these on ankles during jump rope for boosting cardio effort, and on my wrists during punching bag. There are of course plenty of other uses including physical therapy.
