DISNEY PIXAR 2FAST CARS BIRTHDAY PARTY DECORATIONS

I had a 2 fast cars birthday party for my son. Some of the items arrived too late so I was not able to use them and can not be return. Those items are the plates and balloons. Those 2 items alone cost 36 dollars. I used the banner but, it is in like new condition. It is not dirty or damaged. The banner new cost 15 dollars. Refer to images to see how the banner looks. The cake topper was used, and the stick is stained of red cake paint. You can remove it and replace it with a new stick by gluing the new stick to the back. Picfure of the cake is to show how the cake topper looks. Cars are not included! That cost of the cake topper is 10 dollars new. The table decorations were used but nothing wrong with them. That alone cost 15 new. I would like to get 40 dollars for everything!
