I bought a 2014 Subaru Outback 2.5i 6 sped manual transmission. This car is everything I hoped for.  The car is in excellent shape. Only had about 101,000 miles on it. The power in this car surprised me and the manual transmission ( difficult to find) was the big selling point for me.   This dealership was amazing.  I’ve purchased cars that have taken all day to finance but that wasn’t the case with A1. Gustavo is experienced and professional.  He was courteous and went to work.  I got an amazing deal on this car.  My interest rate  is low and my payments were super affordable. I went with a local credit union in Sacramento . These gentlemen  even bought me lunch while I waited.  I traded a car that I still owed a little on but that wasn’t a problem.   I have had this car for probably about two weeks and I couldn’t be happier. It fits my lifestyle and is exactly what I wanted. Now I’m looking for camper conversion kits and I’m putting a tow hitch on the Outback.  I noticed they had a great variety of vehicles for sale and they have a very high standard when it comes to re-selling used cars. Overall this was a great experience. I would definitely work with them again for any future business.

Worst potential car buying experience from a regular sales person to the "sales manager "
When I walked away from the terrible trade in offer they gave me to the high interest rate they got me.
They offered me 9.5k for my trade in & 17% interest rate for the new car.

I went to an actual professional dealership,
Received 13.5k for my trade in and 7.9% interest rate.
You guys do the math...

Beware of their scam tactics, they said all cars have mandatory $2000 accessory fee that was installed on all cars. Nowhere online did it mention that or not even when I called to see if car was still available did they mention the fee. Drove over an hour to see the car to basically get nothing out of it. Be prepared to pay over sticker price!
