My husband and I took a stroll to the dealership to purchase. We were greeted by Norman Zelaya. At first I was hesitant because dealerships are not my favorite places and sales people are always pushy. Norman stepped back and allowed us to feel comfortable without any pressure or sales pitches. I drove 3 hours because of how the salesman spoke to me on the phone. He treated me like I was his priority from the first conversation.
