Great communication from the moment that I made the first contact. I never felt rushed but also felt like Mark treated me like a friend. My time at the dealership was very pleasant and I had a really smooth buying process. I felt like I got a great deal! Mark and the rest of the team were outstanding!

I bought my car from Mudarri Motorsports back in December. The sales people were amazing to work with and have been very helpful in ensuring that I got a good deal on my car and worked hard to ensure that my payments would be low considering I didn't make a good income at the time. It was known that the car had an oil leak and we had initially agreed that this would be fixed.

For months, the car continued to have a leak and I couldn't get my car into the shop to get fixed as originally agreed because they simply would not schedule me for the shop. At this point, it had been months since I bought the car and the original issue hadn't been fixed nor did they really try to get my car in. My car then ended up with brake issues only a few months after purchase and it took a week to get the car into the shop after I had initially told them the brakes had stopped working and needed the car picked up. I had a difficult time trying to get them to pick up the car as they kept delaying the pickup and wanted me to somehow get my car down there instead.

After finally getting a diagnostic and knowing what was wrong with the car, they ordered a part which ended up not arriving for quite some time - making it so my car was in the shop for 3 weeks longer. They ended up getting the part half-way through my vacation, but proceeded to not fix my car for over a week after receiving the part. It took exactly 8 days since they received it- to fix it. I had planned with them to pick it up as soon as they got the part and fixed the car, so I didn't have to pay for a rental car for longer. Instead, it seemed like they deliberately did not fix my car to ensure that I would not have it. They had informed me they would fix it same-day, or the day after they received the part. If they hadn't been bugged about it, my car wouldn't have even been fixed right now and I'd still be waiting for them to work on it. They knew they received the part, but chose not to work on the car.

I got my car back 1 month after it had been admitted to be fixed, just to find out that the oil leak (which was the original problem) had not been fixed. They also knew I needed my car fixed PRIOR to my vacation for the whole month it was there, and still continued to delay fixing my car during my vacation, making it so that I couldn't use it to drive there and back. I ended up having to use another car for it because of how long it took for mine to be fixed.

I cannot trust that my car had been fixed properly at this rate, and will be getting a second opinion. The car had been there for a long time, there isn't any excuse as to why it wasn't fixed as soon as they got the parts and to why the leak hadn't been fixed either, especially since I was told it was a quick fix and it has now officially been 8 months since I bought this car. At the time of this review, I just got my car back on 7/2/25, when the car was bought mid December of 2024. It has now been nearly 7 months, and that leak that existed the entire time, is STILL not fixed. I would not recommend the mechanics here at Mudarri Motorsports and highly recommend going somewhere else.

Yesterday, I was able to find my son a 2001 Audi with low miles. It was about two hours away, so we decided to drive out and take a look. The sales process was easy. I worked with Mark, who was absolutely no-pressure and easy to work with. Negotiations were fair and honorable.

Even after signing the paperwork and getting out the door, we experienced an issue about an hour after purchase. Not with the car itself, just due to inexperience with Audis. Without hesitation, they sent a mechanic out to take a look, and everything turned out to be just fine.

I'm very happy with the purchase and very happy with the process. I'm sure I'll be back when my daughter comes of age to find a quality vehicle at a fair and honest price.

Most importantly I was never hassled and never asked to write this review.

Well I have to say I had doubts.  But these guys have gone above and beyond.  I Bought a older truck, they were willing to work with me and compromise, no pressure. Then unfortunately the truck has severe issues neither I nor the dealership saw coming.  Bad for both of us. But I have to say these guys are going well beyond to make things right. Always had bad experiences with dealerships. But for being a smaller lot they're out shining the big dealerships.  They are willing to back their trucks they sell. Thanks for working with me.

Had a great experience here. Aaron was super professional and easy going, no hard sales tactics at this dealership. Charlie was also a huge help. The vehicle was exactly as described, clean and in very good condition. I brought my father with me who's a little older and always has a lot of questions. The were again very polite and patient with him. I would recommend this team and will be looking to them for future purchases!
