I discovered through an online search that this dealership had a selection of vehicles not available at my local dealership.  So, I drove 1.5 hours to Valencia, and it was worth the trip!  They had several vehicles that I liked, and I ended up buying one on my first visit- a beautiful, high-end Grand Cherokee Summit.  I found the staff to be friendly (not fake or annoying), knowledgeable and honest. Follow-up was top-notch: after I got the car home, I discovered a small scrape in the paint.  The dealership had it re-painted - no questions or hassle at all.  It now looks like new, and I couldn't be more pleased.

9/10 experience. Picked up a CPO 2022 Mega Cab yesterday and traded in my Silverado.

Sales was good to deal with and didn't play games. I appreciate that. Called them over the phone and made a deal. Once I got there they honored the deal which was nice.

Truck is great but need to bring it back. alignment is off.

There are so many people I want to give a shout out to. First and foremost, the general manager James G. Is absolutely amazing and helped make the car buying process fun and hassle free. Jen O., also went above and beyond with extra help and getting everything together for all my extra purchases. Salesman Frankie was very nice and extremely patient. He provided excellent sales service and was very knowledgeable with all the features on the 2025 Ram 1500 I purchased. Then there is Kim, sales manager who found me the exact truck I wanted with every feature down to the specs I wanted. Then there was James in finance who made the finance room not intimating in the slightest and he got the paper work done quick and easily.  Everyone was super knowledgeable and was happy to answer any and all questions I could possibly think of.

This Autonation team is the absolute BEST there is in over 1000 mile radius and made the whole family the 3 dodge truck family now. I could not recommend anyone else. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a truck and I will continue to come back for service and for future purchases.
