This is a sectional sofa from Interior Define. I’ve owned this for about 2 years. It's in great condition as I’ve cleaned upholstery regularly. The sofa is being used in an apartment that is pet-free, with no children, and smoke-free. This is their Sloan model, and with its configurations I paid (incl. fees) $2,545. My Sell Price: $1,300 It is 92" L x 35" H x 36" D (lounge chaise is 63" deep). Sofa is comfortable and nice middle ground between a sit up right sofa and a couch you can lounge in. The chaise is super comfy and easy to fall asleep on. You can find more information about this model at their website. Sofa comes apart between the chaise and sofa via bottom metal lock that keeps it securely in place. It's really easy to disengage when needed. See images for illustration. Interior Defines calls this fabric Nimbus. It is kid friendly, pet friendly, and what they call Oeko-Tex Certified (environmentally and non-harmful materials used). The color in my images are closer to real life color than the ones on website. I’m only taking Zelle or Venmo as payment.
