They pretend to have good customer service but don’t care about their customers. I bought a truck and test drove it in traffic and didn’t realize they gave me a truck with faulty brakes. Had to change 4 rotors, replace calipers, brake pads and more. Also they gave me a truck with bad tires. I recognized the tires during the process and asked them why would they sell a truck with bad tires. They kept ignoring my concerns. To add insult to me I got to my office the next morning only to open the bed cover to a foul odor like a dead animal was transported in there along with all of the garbage. I sent pictures, called and text, and also went back to discuss the issues I had. A lady came out claimed she was the owner and pretty much told me that her mechanics don’t make mistakes. She said they will have a meeting to discuss it and give me a call. That call never came. They have no respect for anyone. I also felt that I was profiled. Nobody that I know will ever be purchasing a vehicle from here. Shame on these unprofessional people.

When you talk about hidden gems Rolling cars is the definition ! The process was super quick. Our sales Rep John was friendly and active to get us comfortable with our choice! Effectively after a test drive we were in love with the car. Soon as we asked for a car fax they immediately provided it and talked us through the Financing process by JC who was friendly and engaging, he was personable and quick to answer all of our questions and concerns. We left happy and extremely excited to be leaving within 2 hours  with our Toyota. 4 Runner

Great service from Jorge, nacho, and Yesenia. Great hospitality and they really try to get you the best deal. They waited for me to arrive since I got off work late and stayed until 10pm to make sure I got everything done that same day. Can’t imagine any other place doing that. They even will work with you if  are short on the down payment. Truly amazed by their service
