Paid $4000. Plus $700 for warranty. Purchased on 7/20/10. Have been in garage but not used for one year (no gas hookup in rental house). Warranty just expired the end of last year, so possibly could just be renewed. I'd say that they are at least an eight. I have friends who have bought used appliances before and they're never in this good of condition. They've never been in any kind of an outside garage or utility room. And they have been checked for a routine service every year since we bought them.
