2007 Lexus IS350 NOT RUNNING NOT A PARTOUT You will need to tow Clean title needs a new block but i have one just dont have time to fix it. Bought off my friend for a project car but change of plans. So its just been sitting for about a year. Needs alot of work $1500 just car alone or 1800 with the block Shoot me an offer but atleast be reasonable
