Don’t spend $1000 on an entry level mountain bike just because your son or daughter might be interested in mountain biking. Let them build their skills on this faithfully restored steed. It features a fully serviced RockShocks Dart 1 fork Tektro mechanical disc brakes, easily upgradeable to hydraulic disc brakes, 21 speeds, I could’ve built this as a one by nine or one by 10, but I think that takes it away from its original nature. New grips, clips and saddle. If you know your mountain biking history, you know that IronHorse was winning downhill trophies with their Sunday downhill bike. The Quantum II is a specialty build by IronHorse for a major sporting goods chain.
