Was purchased several years ago at Grand's Home Furnishings for $1,000. Extremely high-quality dining table set that is in great shape. This table is as sturdy and well-built as they come. I am not sure about the type of wood, however. There are slight signs of wear on the surface, but considering its amount of use by my family, the lack of visible wear and/or damage is impressive. The few marks are easily fixed if desired, yet hardly noticeable, if you're not looking for them.
