I’m a solo female shopper and recently went looking for a used car. I was nervous that someone might take advantage of my naivety 🙈, especially with travel plans looming and a “take‑it‑or‑leave‑it” situation. After doing massive online research, I settled on a 15‑year‑old Audi Q5 with only 60 K miles, two previous owners, gentle use, and a clean service record—just a few minor scratches.

At Hot Deals Auto I took the car for a test drive and fell in love with it right away. The engine ran smoothly, though we noticed a couple of small interior issues. From start to finish, Sam and his team answered every question with patience, respect, and professional precision, which made me feel safe and confident about buying the car without an additional independent inspection (I had to leave town the next day with a heavy load).

Sam and his colleagues even handled the online registration while I sorted out insurance, so I drove off the lot with the car, insurance, and registration all in hand. After logging 1,200 miles in the first two days, I can say that my new Audi Q5 performs great: it rides smoothly, hasn’t required extra oil compared to my previous Audi experience, and has all the features I wanted. A few days later a colleague followed up on my trip, showing that Hot Deals Auto truly cares about its customers.

I purchased a car from Hot Deals Auto a week ago. I am in my mid 30s and it was my best car shopping experience to date. I was approached immediately, which as an African American woman I can say that hasn’t been my experience at every dealership. The entire staff was nice. They made sure I left with a reliable car that met my needs and made sure the buying process was quick and easy as I had my kids with me. I paid cash and was not treated awfully for doing so. I had questions after buying and I was met with care and respect. The vehicle is as lovely as the lot. I’d recommend them ten times over.

Hot deals auto and Luis are awesome! I was searching all over the country... California, New Mexico, Texas, Florida you name it! They got me in a 2018 Ford F-150 3.5L V6 EcoBoost Platinum with the extended tank, luxury, technology, off road and trailer/tow packages, pano roof, massaging/heated/ventilated seats ALL the works and for a great price! I came from out of state, in Arizona. Flew in and drove it out. There was never any pressure, everything flowed smoothly, Luis always got back to me promptly. He picked me and my gf up from the airport in the truck, I got to test drive it back to the lot. I can't recommend him and this place more! Oh and I also got a great rate, no money down through a local credit union! If you need a new vehicle, check this place and Luis out! You won't be sorry!
