I've lived here for 6 years. Current lease runs through 8/19/20. Can renew. Nicely maintained and well landscaped attractive community with great amenities including large beautiful pool many tables, chairs and lounge chairs, bathhouse, large well-equipped exercise room, attractive fully equipped business center. I am an easygoing, considerate, low maintenance/no drama self-employed licensed professional who keeps the apartment, has with few visitors, very rare overnight guests, who plays fair and seeks same. Gender and nationality does not matter. Ok with visitors and overnight guests, just don't abuse it While no boy scout, I strive to play by the Golden Rule.
