No tears !! some light fading , mostly on ends of arms , but all in all a very comfortable clean couch., no bugs , etc. Long enough for company to sleep on. Offers considered , also have some large xtra comfy dark brown recliners leather type material - used out on back porch but great for outside company / cookouts. $ 15.00 each , have 3. Need cleaning.
