The printer needs service new cable installed still needs new print head and needs to be set properly it is working as far as registering with the computer and sending a test print and all of the up and down functions work I don’t have the time to get into it and get it running properly I have the software brand new was 400$ and all of the ink and stuff that goes with it as far as the pre treatment machine it’s good to go .
