This is a refurbished Elitebook X360 1030 G2 laptop. This laptop was only used  a handful of times as an emergency backup computer. It had to be sent in to HP's repair center because a hardware-level password that was forgotten made it impossible to enter in to the operating system again. Other than that the laptop never suffered any damaged of any kind. Hp just needed to replace the motherboard i believe.
