Normal used with minor small scratches if examined very closely but nothing stands out. Screen is good and is fully functional with no dead spots or pixels. Keyboard & touchpad function 100%. Smoke, pet & pest free! Priced just right to make a good daily use for student or as a travel computer. It is well built, inexpensive, and safe. No more worries about theft or data loss. People unfamiliar ask about virus, etc. You never have to worry about virus on a Chromebook. Google offers a $100,000 reward for anyone able to hack or find a security flaw on it. So, use it, take it anywhere without worries. Battery is charged full & left over 3-4 nights. Still full. However I cannot guarantee battery life as it is a used unit. The nice thing about this model is the battery is very good and can yield for a full day of use. Even if needed to be replaced, it is also very easy to do (undo bottom screws & remove & reinsert one cable). You can get a replacement battery for about $20 or less on eBay. Sold as is, as pictured.
