2007 Fleetwood Terra Lx Bunk House

34n fleetwood bunkhouse v10 runs great I have owned this coach a long time and I have put all the miles on it . I believe it has 38k You can literally drive this one with one finger not all shaky and scary like others . Has the 22.5 alcoas queen bed in the back huge upgraded couch bed out of a newmar . Carpet and flooring redone a year or so ago. No leaks solid rig I drive it like a car . We’re looking to down size to a class c mercades 24’ to do more short burst road trips . It’s used , I have kids we have had fun . Everything works but the awning . It just does not have one I was going to get an electric one and the dude never showed up to install it and that was 2 years ago lol . It’s a great rv and my kids have used the bunks maybe 3 times so it’s become a huge storage area . I’m looking to sell it and my Rzr to get a smaller rv only . It can use some love but for a used heavily 07 I’d say it’s in decent shape . Turn key newer tires I think in 2022 so you should still have a few years no leaks oil changed regularly . We just get in and go made some great memories but I don’t need all the length . It has 2 big slides good batteries and generator actually runs .
