Needs Inspection and will need some work to pass state inspection This is a good running truck still only needing minor mechanical work and some cosmetic work as well has a sqeaky squealy noise think its the a/c compressor clutch a/c not working. Has had clutch and throw out bearing trans service in past few years maybe 10k ago. Heater core has a small leak but not too bad can be bypassed and used as a warm weather beater. Has normal dakota rust issues but not near as bad as most for under $1k has matching fiberglass cap that locks and tailgate locks also and works good despite the damage. Besides the bumpers and tailgate the Body is actually extremely straight with no dents damages other then the rust mostly driver side interior is also in pretty good shape considering miles. Its in my opinion best drivetrain you can get in the dakota 3.9 magnum 5 speed manual transmission 2 wd short bed reg cab good beater parts truck rat rod hot rod custom mini truck reliable will get you by for a good while decent tires. $800 no holds bring cash be ready to buy not hiding anything honestly a good truck just needs some love.
