I had been stalking an FJ cruiser for several months, and I knew what I was looking for. I worked with Basil there and highly recommend him. He was honest and upfront about the vehicle’s condition. At my request, he followed up with me via text, including sending me extra photos that way. There wasn’t an endless barrage of high-pressure texts, nor was I contacted by multiple members at the dealership like I was with countless other dealers. When I asked for photos of the undercarriage, he sent me them promptly.

The price was fair and the group was willing to work with me on it. On the day my son and I drove out to purchase the vehicle, there was no nonsense or upselling. Instead, it was the quickest low-pressure used vehicle purchase I’ve experienced in a while. I drove off the lot with the vehicle fully paid for including taxes, title, registration and license plates on the car, with no extra fees hanging over my head.

My only recommendation would be that the auto group should focus a little more on taking better photos. It ended up working out for me, because I think the vehicle stayed on the lot longer than it should have. The photos were subpar, and the car was unwashed in the photos.

It was a great and smooth experience! Bart and Munir took care of me and made everything as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend shopping here for a vehicle and to do business with them.

Wow, what a clown show! We put down a deposit on a car, fully committed to buying it, and even booked a flight from out of state—only for these time-wasters to sell it out from under us the very next day. So much for their so-called “policy” of holding a car for three days! Turns out, their only policy is doing whatever benefits them in the moment and leaving customers high and dry.

Special shoutout to Yazz, who was helpful until it actually mattered—then suddenly, it was all out of his hands. And the dealership? Zero regard for the fact that we had already spent money on airfare. They couldn’t care less.

If you enjoy getting lied to, ignored, and financially burned, this is the perfect place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere that actually respects its customers. Avoid at all costs!

My wife and I had an excellent experience with them.  After a lot of online shopping, we found a car that we liked, a low milage 2017 Honda Accord.  Their team as courteous and respectful and they gave us an honest price for the car and our trade in.  I saw many good looking cars on the lot and definitely recommend them.  We're very happy with our purchase.  Bahaa is the best.  Go Bears! 🐻

I recently purchased a Nissan Kicks for my daughter at Driven Auto Oak Forest and had a wonderful experience here. The salesman, Basil, was very nice and the process was probably one of the smoothest I’ve experienced in purchasing a vehicle. The finance manager was also very nice and was able to get us a pretty good deal. My daughter loves her new ride! I’d purchase from here again. Check them out.
