We are getting ready to put new floors in due to a remodel. We originally put these floors in 2 years ago but we didn’t go through the kitchen and bathroom thinking we would tile in those areas. Never ended up tiling and want to go through the kitchen and bathroom with new floors. This floor has a smooth finish and it holds up really well (two kids and a crazy big dog). I figure there would be about 400-500 sq ft of salvageable full pieces after we remove it and maybe 100sq ft of cut pieces. (We went through 700sq ft) We are redoing the floors starting Feb 1st. Feel free to come take a look while the floor is intact before the 1st. We paid $1600 2 years ago ($2.40 ish per sq ft). Willing to sell for about $1.00 psf.
