In good condition. Please note. Hanging shelf is missing a piece and a few screws are missing from the bed frame where it attaches to the rails. The desktop isnt in the best condition either but can be flipped over and used as well. So instead of installing as in the picture you can flip it over for the nicer surface side. (Teenagers) Wasnt too big of a deal for my teenager as we managed to make it work but the missing hardware pieces can easily be found at home depot. Maybe a total of 3 screws and a small hook for the shelf to sit on. This loft is slightly bigger and heavier than the other one I have posted. Loft is taken apart already and all hardware together in a bag (except for what was mentioned above.) Easy to put together will take maybe 30 mins tops. Suv should do the trick for pick up. I will consider delivery if nearby and for an added fee if not you must pick up. Will be an easy to load item as it is in pieces in my garage. You will need a hex tool to put most of the loft together and a drill with Phillips bit to dril in bed frame and ladder. Message with any questions. Dimensions are marked in picture. Thank you.
