It is a very well put together trailer and will last you a long time without issues. I am the original owner and all annual maintenance has been meticulously done by me. I can tell you anything and everything you want to know about this trailer. I recently reupholstered the seat cushions and trim around dinette. It includes two brand new aftermarket recliners and an aftermarket pull out sofa. (Both a big improvement over what came with the trailer.) The awning fabric I replaced this month. I am also including the Level Mate PRO leveling system, stabilizer arms, sway controller, weight distribution hitch, woods ramps, wheel chocks, snow chains, everything you need to hit the road.
