I couldn't seem to find any of these exact tools anywhere on Google but it's a "Oakite Rinse-Master" air tool that allows you to connect it to your compressor as you would any other air tool and it also has an adapter for a standard garden hose to connect to. So it essentially uses the extra air pressure and smaller nossle to make pressure washer. I tested it and it works very well, it also has an adjustable spray strength and adjustable water distribution knobs if that makes sense.
