Caruso ford service was excellent! I live in Cerritos and have Nirm reeves ford 5 minutes from my house but I chose to bring my vehicle all the way to Caruso ford in Long Beach because the go the extra mile to take care of me.  It’s the fastest check in I have ever experience at any dealership. They do their best to get the job done right. Shannon the service director is a stand up guy and sticks to his word and goes out of his way to make the vehicle service correctly. Also Jay one of the service advisors is excellent as well. Always keeps me updated and does his best to check in me in and find me a shuttle ride quick as possible! Attached are my 2024 ranger raptor they have been service the past year and half.

After a horrific experience at North Hills ford dealer, Caruso Ford was my savior!!! Genuine people who truly care about giving you the best possible car buying experience. People looking out for people to make sure they get what they want from a vehicle. No pushy sales. Just people who want to help you find what you want/need. I can’t recommend anyone but Caruso Ford. They are kind and they will take care to get you what you want-mot push you into something you DON’T! I would recommend this dealer and its people a million times over. Whatever vehicle you are looking for. See the Caruso team first.

Terrible Sales experience... I approached Julie, which connected me with Solomon (great employees, btw).  They both work the sales floor, and I asked them if they were able to honor a lease deal created by Ford Credit.  Both of them said they would be able to honor the deal. The sales managers unfortunately had different plans.  They asked for a down payment 5x the advertised deal.  They also asked for a large payment of $200 over the advertised price. They wasted 4 hours of my time, and I called Huntington Beach Ford.  HB Ford honored the deal and gave me the upgraded version of the vehicle.  I live in Long Beach and wanted to keep business local! Truly a let down.

I used to love bringing my car to Caruso Ford. For years, Don Mase was my service advisor, he was honest, upfront, and made me feel like Ford was a brand I could trust. Unfortunately, that trust has been completely shattered by my recent experience.

I went in for a routine oil change using the Works coupon, which includes synthetic blend, the type of oil clearly recommended by Ford for my 2013 Fusion Energi. I explicitly requested that oil. Not only was I silently upgraded to full synthetic and charged more without approval, but when I confronted the service manager Shannon Eckel, he completely dismissed me, and even said, “I don’t care what Ford told you” when I played back a recorded call with Ford corporate confirming I was right.

He tried to pass off Ford documentation showing a different spec and labeled it “correct,” despite it being full synthetic and not what the manufacturer calls for. It was straight gaslighting.

Ford corporate has since confirmed to me that this is not their standard and said they would flag the issue. But one bad apple, especially when they’re in charge of the service department, really does spoil the bunch. If they’re this shady over oil, I can only imagine what’s happening in other departments, including sales.

I would not recommend servicing or buying a vehicle here until there are major changes in leadership. I never thought I’d say this about a dealership I once trusted.

Jorge was super helpful, locked in a deal in matter of not kidding 20 minutes. Very honest and up front. I usually don’t do reviews myself but this guy definitely was the one. I personally went to 4 different fords and it was a game of telephone or trying to sell me the Mach e after specifically telling them what I wanted. I called here and Jorge was straight to the point, polite, and helpful and most importantly honest. Would recommend this dude to everyone. If you see this Jorge thank you!
