Drove 6 hours to purchase an Acura from here after being assured that the timing belt had been replaced.  Said there was a sticker proving that it had been replaced.  After a 6 hour trip one way, found there was NO sticker and that the power steering fluid had a bad leak causing the steering wheel to whine terribly when turned.  Mr Sam or whoever he was couldn’t even show up - talked rudely on the phone and was not willing to negotiate at all.

By far the best car buying experience ever. Traveled from Greenbelt, MD to get my vehicle. Everyone was so helpful and polite. All the vehicles were clean and ran smoothly. Love my new Explorer. Thank you Mr. Sam and everyone at Elite Autos. Definitely will be bringing my Daughter here once she gets her permit soon.

I came to purchase a Toyota and they made feel great, specially Adam, he have way more car knowledge than any other car salesman I ever meet. They have very reliable vehicles for sale.

Adam was a great salesman. Got my daughter car wanted for a great price . Customer service was also great . Everything that was described verbally was in my contract !

Absolutely awful. Drove hours to see a 2004 Acura and they lied about service history. Many mechanical errors well hidden and wouldn’t negotiate price.
