This was a first time purchase for us. We had looked at other locations, but we didnt like the "corprate" attitude from the employees. Then i called Discover rv. I left a message as it was aftre hours. The next morning i was contacted by Tim one of the salesmen. We made an appointment. On the day of our appt, Tim had already chosen several units for us to look at and compare. Once we decided, Jose walked us thru the papaerwork. I worked with Tom who showed us how everything worked, and had a few xtra things installed. We will also be storing our rig there too!! This team really made a first time purchase hassle free! Discover RV was fast and efficient with the repair of my awning. The location is easy to find and access from I-5. Just need to explain they it drop off procedure a little better. Seems like you should pull in with the trailer but you actual park, unhitch, and leave the trailer on the street. They will move it in with a fork lift.

Erick was extremely knowledgeable and went up and beyond what was required by going over many things I didn't know as a first time Travel Trailer owner. I definitely feel that i know what to keep an eye on now and when to service different things.

Boy are we glad to have found Discover RV!  We just bought a new trailer and needed a part installed.  We called and spoke with Eric who could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful.  He set everything up and it was super easy to take care of.   When we visited Discover RV for the service, we were quite impressed with the overall facilities and everything that they offered.  Eric was incredibly generous with a range of useful tips and recommendations.  While waiting for our service to be completed, we met a salesperson who was super nice to speak with.  We actually fell in love with a little unit, fancier than ours, that we wished we would have purchased.  We would have been very happy to have purchased it from Discover RV.  The service technician was also spot on with his installation, very helpful in explaining how to use the sway bar, and just professional all around.  Discover RV was terrific at every turn.  Their staff is so friendly and helpful that you'll want to return.  We are so happy to have found Discover RV, right here in our backyard!  Check them out....you will be glad you did!

Today 12/19/25 I strolled in the parking lot of Discovery RV. I have visited other RV companies, but after looking at the website, I was surprised by the pricing of their RVs. Other were significantly higher. Getting out of my car, I was greeted by a young man whose name I learned with Sam. He was very friendly and as we walked around the park and he showed me the different RVs after finding out what my Interest were. On each one he showed me from fifth wheels to toy trailers to travel trailers. He was very knowledgeable and taught me so many things that I never knew or thought about. I was so happy I came because now I feel like I can make a better educated decision on my purchase. I really appreciated his help and the tips that he gave me, showing me how much the vehicle I plan to tow with can carry, wet or dry. He even explained things I seen that I was sure of its meaning. He made me feel that this company in particular was interested in what a person is looking for,  what they want and what’s best for them, showing personal interest in the person,  not just their finances. Thank you a ton Sam, as I expressed during the tour.

I live in Reno but was unable to get repair parts from the dealership nearby where I purchased my fifth wheel. I was recommended to reach out to Discover RV in Lodi. They were able to ship the exact repair parts I requested in a timely matter for fair price.
Eric and everybody at Discover RV was amazing.
