These are the real deal. This is the artist who unfortunately fits the Van Gogh stereotype. Talented, Genius, ill equipped for social interactions. He left a huge body of mature, exquisite works. Here is are a sampling of the 47 paintings,( and 450 drawings) I have been given custody over. These are small 14”x 18” ( avg) abstract, layered geometric pieces, but the figurative works are the masterpieces. Priced vary depending on the work, starting at $1000 for drawings,set of 2-3 perfect for framing. Paintings are starting at $1800.They are all in a variety of oil, applied layers of paper, canvas, linoleum and encaustic paintings , worked over for years,( and in some cases decades) the Artist was exclusively painting from 18 yo to his death at 59 yo. He was a brilliant painter, with a masters from San Francisco Art Institute.( a prestigious Art graduate program from the 40’s thru 2010. The works range in size from letter size to huge 10’x 14 ‘ drawings. I have started selling off his work, and am in discussions to try and show work in Minnesota at MCAD, (he was Duluth native) Call (contact info removed) if interested.
