It is NOT stolen; it simply lacks a Hull Identification Number (HIN) because it was manufactured in China. It is a good quality vessel, although it has been exposed to direct sunlight for four years. The metal structure and welds appear to be of excellent quality. It is a fully enclosed pilot-house. It includes a Fusion radio, VHF sound system, and various additional accessories, such as hydraulic steering. The trailer is brand new. An attempt was made to process the vessel's inspection, but the FWC (Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission) reported that there were several other imported vessels that had been awaiting approval for a long time.
