Round leather- looking card/ dice/score pad caddy with two levels and clear lid. I think this is a bridge set based on the score pads. Bottom level has six decks of gold edged cards that look new. 5 of 6 decks have strong plastic sleeves to separate decks and for easy removal. Separate sleeve for 4 score pads, barely used but one cover is ripped at the top. Two sleek gold mechanical pencils- one is missing. Top level has two unopened decks of cards and 4 dice. Cover and case have handles
