Vintage Wm. Knabe & Co. Grand Piano - Established 1837 This beautiful grand piano is a piece of history, crafted by the renowned American manufacturer Wm. Knabe & Co. The piano, with serial number 189577, dates to approximately 1928 and was the official piano of both the San Francisco and Metropolitan Opera companies. This instrument has been a cherished part of our family and has a rich, warm tone. Condition: The piano is in good, used condition consistent with its age. No major damage, the keys are all intact, and the soundboard and cast iron frame are in solid condition. The piano holds a beautiful, full-bodied tone, though it will require professional tuning and regulation upon arrival to its new home.
