Sprinter camper van project. I bought this van and starting a complete camper van remodel for a single adult and maybe a child. The van has 514,000 miles with an engine swap of around 300,000. The van was used extensively as a passenger vehicle in Utah, and it was always maintained and serviced. It runs well; the company that originally owned it removed the EGR and the def system. 2011 Mercedes Sprinter van conversion project that's has been in the works. I've put a lot of time and care into making sure this project is done right and efficiently. before we get into the details, this van has just over 500,000 miles on it. it was a fleet transit van in Utah, so mainly all highway miles. the company kept it well maintained, and they replaced the motor around the 300k mileage but they did it in house so they didn’t keep paper work for it. I had a good mechanic maintenance everything just a few months ago. that's all fluids/oils, brand new alternator, filters, and belts. The oil cooler leaks down the back of the engine, but that's the only known problem. The price reflects the mileage and the oil leak. I've easily put $8k into the interior work and maintenance. The high roof, complete waterproofing of the exterior. 2-inch closed-cell spray foam insulation, plumbing, and wiring. It boasts a diesel heater, solid subfloor, Furrion A/C, 400 watts of solar panels, and a rooftop composite deck. The interior offers a framed shower and toilet room with a composting toilet, dining space with a table and benches, a closet, electrical area, quartz countertop slab,, and an apron sink with a propane oven.
