Brand new and already assembled. I bought this to use with my sofa (pictured) but the color wasn't quite right. Unfortunately I had already assembled it and recycled the box/packing materials, so unable to return. Paid $50 + tax Selling for $30, price firm Nice cushioned top with nailhead trim. Legs are solid wood. Off-white, linen-like upholstery. Pick up in Lake City, or may be able to meet up in Ballard around noon on most Mondays 17"D x 13"W x 18"H
