Runs, but not optimally. It runs fine around 40mph, then can rev up to 60 but slowly decelerates back to 40 and repeats, may just need a new fuel filter but I’m unsure. Has 32 hours on it. Titles in hand. Selling as is, with trailer. Located in horseheads, send a message if interested!
