It is a Yacht very roomy. Live a board and can be transfered to you.3 cabins 2 baths. galley, engine room. Epoxy Resin wood composite hull. Lots of closet space. 80 HP Yanmar engine and it runs very nice. 200 hours running time.Rebuilt Kansaki transmission. Refurbished fuel system. New electrical system. All refurbished inside. Built as a racer in America's Cup races and later converted into a cruiser.. Very fast. Great shape. No leaks. Britton Chance designed many boats for international Regattas. Brand new this boat would go for around 500 K. I am retired and I can't continue at this time to finish the boat. Great for live aboard. Slips vary for this size yacht, the average to live aboard is about $1300 cheap compared to an apartment.
