Good condition couch! Will have vacuumed well before pick up. Comes with ottoman! There’s a piece that is kind of torn on arm rest and then the ottoman has a slight rip that was stitched up. Barely noticeable though (provided pics of both). May be willing to negotiate price! Moving and need gone ASAP!
