Extremely comfortable and in great condition — no stains, tears, or odors. From a smoke-free home. Cushions are deep, plush, and supportive, and all covers are removable for cleaning. The fabric is a soft textured brown microfiber / chenille blend. They are stuffed with a down blend. I believe the model is Huntley and purchased new for about $4500 in mid 2010s. Still in excellent shape! This sectional seats a crowd and is perfect for family rooms or movie nights. We’re only selling because it’s a bit too large for our space (we used the chaise in a different room). Approx. Dimensions: 124” (L) x 97” (W, including chaise) x 38” (D) x 25” (H) Chaise depth: ~65” Buyer must pickup.
