My lease is over. Priced to sell. If you don’t want the mattress please leave it by the trashcan. I’m moving and I’m doing physical therapy so I can’t lift. Couch has small burn from the heater, but there is no hole. Can cover it with sport team Velcro patch if worried about cosmetics. Couch was never used. It was for decoration only. 500 for it all or best offer. First offer of $400 gets it all. Trying to sell today Sunday. I move tomorrow. I paid $1500 for the set.
