Frame is 5 pieces. It is a beautiful medium grey color and leather. No scratches, in perfect condition. Each side of the headboard recline. The headboard is 83 inches long, 35 inches tall and 12 inches wide. There are 2 side boards that are also leather and 93 inches long. So with the headboard it is 105 inches long and 83 inches wide. There is 1 leather footboard, also 83 inches wide. There is a flat box sping that fits inside the frame when put together. The box spring is 77 inches wide and 80 inches long. It's just the frame for sale. Not the matress. All hardware is present.
